Sean D. Conlon joined Arundel Bank in June 2024 as the Vice President Branch Administrator and Security Officer. He oversees Arundel Bank’s branch network, manages the Bank’s facilities operations, and works closely with other departments including Deposit Operations, Marketing, Lending, Business Development, and Compliance/BSA. Sean has more than 30 years of experience in the community banking space with an emphasis on retail branch banking, business banking, and client relations.
Mr. Conlon holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Baltimore and is a graduate of the Pennsylvania Bankers Association School of Banking.
Sean resides in Howard County with his wife Jenny and their three children Kate, Ben, and Luke.
