GLEN BURNIE, Md. — JUNE 5, 2026 — After serving Maryland communities for more than 120 years, Arundel Federal Savings Bank is proud to announce its new name: Arundel Bank.
The name change reflects the evolution of the organization while honoring the values that have defined it since 1906. As Arundel Bank, the institution will continue delivering the same relationship-focused service, local decision-making, and long-term commitment that customers have trusted for generations.
“Our new name is simpler, clearer, and more representative of who we are today,” said Matthew Mullen, President and CEO of Arundel Bank. “While much has changed in banking over the past century, our purpose has not. We remain committed to helping Maryland families, businesses, and communities thrive through personal service, local expertise, and common-sense banking.”
The transition to Arundel Bank marks an important milestone in the organization’s history. While the bank has long been known for serving individuals and families throughout Maryland, it has also expanded its support of small businesses, commercial lending, and community investment. The new name better reflects the full breadth of services offered today and the bank’s vision for the future.
Importantly, the name change does not affect customer accounts, services, locations, online banking access, or existing relationships. Customers will continue to work with the same trusted team members they know today.
